Quick fixes to try first

  • Force-close and reopen the app, then retry the action.
  • Check you are on the latest Appysistant version from the App Store.
  • Confirm network access is enabled (Wi-Fi or cellular) and VPNs are not blocking traffic.
  • If reminders are missing, verify notification permissions are granted in iOS Settings.
  • For login issues, reset your password from the sign-in screen and check spam/junk folders.

FAQs

How do I contact support from inside the app?

Tap Settings > Support to open your email client with a pre-filled support email. Add details and send.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Open the App Store > your profile > Subscriptions > Appysistant. Manage renewals or cancellations there; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Can you delete my data?

Yes. In the app, go to Settings > Delete account to remove your account and associated data. If it does not complete, email contact@appysistant.com from your account email for help or a data export.

Notifications are delayed - what should I check?

Ensure notifications are allowed in iOS Settings > Appysistant, focus modes are not silencing alerts, and low power mode is off. Reopen the app once to refresh background scheduling.

  • The exact screen or feature you were using.
  • A brief description of what you expected vs. what happened, plus screenshots if possible.
